NEXT STEP: JUST DANCE WORLD CUP 2019 FINALISTS COMPETE LIVE ON MARCH 30 IN BRAZIL!

With months of enthralling local competitions coming to an end, we are thrilled to announce that the Just Dance World Cup 2019 finals head to Brazil on March 30 2019! After four finals in Paris, 18 of the best Just Dance players from around the world will samba in Brazil for the first time to battle it out for the world championship title.

Mark your calendar, for Saturday, March 30th to join us live and support your local champion! Stay tuned as more information and surprises about the broadcast will be revealed in the following weeks!


COMPETITORS

First things first... It has been a long and intense journey for competitors to become the Just Dance elite and compete in the World Cup! Congratulations to all the participants for fiercely representing their countries and giving so much energy to their fans. 

Introduced below are all the 17 local champions who will come together in Brazil for five days full of surprises and compete against the gifted 2-time champion Umutcan  Tütüncü, representing Turkey.

ONLINE QUALIFIERS:

- Denzal Darren "JustDenz95" Van Uitregt, representing Australia, who qualified on the World Dance Floor

- Dion "Dionvisserrr" Visser, representing Benelux, who qualified on the World Dance 

- Aleksanteri "FloorTheAllu97" Landström, representing the Nordics region, who qualified on the World Dance Floor

- Konrad "Fineasz.U" Stobierski, representing Poland, who qualified on the World Dance Floor

- Manuchekhr "Manujon27" Mukhammedov, representing the "Rest of the World" region, who qualified on the World Dance Floor

- Diogo Alexandre "Alexandresa1000" Paredes Azevedo Costa e Sa, representing  the "Rest of Europe" , who qualified on the World Dance Floor

- Che "Stormex" Tan, representing Canada, who qualified on the World Dance Floor

NATIONAL CHAMPIONS, QUALIFIED AFTER A NATIONAL FINALS: 

- Alex "Fuzzyduck99" Kain, representing the UK, who qualified in August, at the UK national finals

- Beligma "Diamond_B" Cirendorjieva , representing Russia, who qualified in October, at the Russian national finals

- Camila "CamistylesJD18" Blas, representing LATAM, who qualified in October, at the LATAM national finals

- Alexis "IeFerDz" Fernandez, representing Mexico, who qualified in November, at the Mexican national finals

- Chakib "LicornusMoluskus" Benssoum, representing France, who qualified in November, at the French national Finals

- Joseph "Aazzlano" Cordero, representing the USA who qualified in December, at the USA national finals

- "Pachuco McPower", representing Germany, who qualified in December, at the German national finals

- Tarcisio "TarcisioJr99" Dos Santos Junior, representing Brazil, who qualified in December, at the Brazl national

- Roberto Joel "Robert00robert" Infante Vargas, representing Spain, who qualified in December, at the Spanish national finals

- Antonino "Dancer280" Pomilia, representing Italy, who qualified in December, at the Italian national finals

GRAND FINALS COMPETITION FORMAT

For this final event of the Just Dance World Cup 2019, the competition will follow a double elimination bracket format, meaning contenders will be eliminated after two defeats. In the first phase, each face-off will be based on best game scoring on one single round (best-of-one). The best Just Dancers will then move forward to the Quarter Finals. Starting with these Quarter Finals and up until the Finale, contenders will also face a jury of professionals, whose impressions will be added to game scores.

PRIZE

The Just Dance World Cup 2019 Champion will win a unique trip to the Just Dance Studio following the Grand Finals! This trip will be an exclusive opportunity to meet with the entire Just Dance production team and collaborate on an exclusive in-game choreo, among other surprises!
